CHARISSA DANIEL

Equipped with a Bachelors Degree (Hons) in Psychology, Charissa naturally gravitate towards working with people and understanding various personalities. Prior to coaching Design Thinking, she gained experience working with a learning institution, developing content and delivering soft skill programs (memory time management, goal setting etc) to both children and adults.

To date, she has worked with more than 800 participants and completed over 1500 coaching and class management hours. Where it’s helping people to embrace failure, be more user-centric or unleash their innate creativity, Charissa is determined in propagating the philosophies of Design Thinking not only as a method of innovation, but as a lifestyle.
