About

2-Day Innovation Sprint

Founded in 2001, Inkeros is a Canadian omni-channel sales and customer engagement company with 600+ employees, and operations across Canada and the United States. We help brands connect with customers through real, trained professionals who represent their brands with authenticity.

CHALLENGE

Inkeros had a strong product and a real market, but faced the trap most category entrants hit when moving into AI-assisted hiring: too many plausible directions and no shared way to choose between them. Different stakeholders were quietly optimising for different outcomes, and those tensions hadn't been surfaced. The risk wasn't a shortage of ideas — it was committing to the wrong ones, confidently and together.

SOLUTION

A two-day Lean Design Sprint, facilitated in Toronto, designed to force clarity fast. Rigorous pre-work meant the team walked in with evidence rather than opinion, and every stakeholder perspective was heard on its own terms rather than averaged into mush. Over two days, the group moved through a structured sequence built to widen the aperture first, then converge with discipline — separating genuine differentiators from table-stakes and pressure-testing each direction against what customers actually value and what the business can sustainably deliver.

OUTCOME

The sprint replaced a scattered set of maybes with a single prioritised, evidence-backed direction the whole team had built and bought into — the difference between a roadmap that gets debated and one that gets executed. Momentum carried past the room, with follow-on tooling put in place to measure impact and institutionalise the thinking.
