CUPA-HR - a HR association that represents higher education in the United States, engaged us to help them stem the many challenges that Higher Education faces in the US - be they economic, social or political.
We developed a comprehensive program, that included:
1 - research on current trends in Higher Ed in the US and globally, as well as relevant trends from adjacent industries
2 - a 2-day virtual design sprint with members of CUPA-HR and educational institutions
3 - an 8-week testing program, designed to determine which of the ideas generated in (2) were worth pursuing further
4 - a final report with recommendations on next steps
The final report was presented to the Board and used to inform decision making and next steps in late 2020.
