CHALLENGE
Oxfam approached us wanting to learn more about how they can leverage the emerging world of web3 and everything it encompasses - crypto, social tokens, NFTs, the metaverse, and more - to help boost its fundraising and philanthropy efforts.
SOLUTION
Collective Campus:
- performed research on existing and emerging web3 use cases for the not for profit sector
- facilitated a 3-hour design sprint with members of Oxfam's team to capture potential ideas
- prepared a comprehensive 40-page report and web3 roadmap, complete with prioritised recommendations that included indicative costs, timelines, risks and more to give Oxfam's leadership team more clarity on next steps
OUTCOME
On the back of the report, Oxfam have decided to pursue several of the recommendations made in order to increase fundraising efforts, as well as appeal to emerging generations such as Gen-Y and in particular, Gen-Z.
