RMIT engaged Collective Campus to deliver market validation training to 40 participants from its Activator entrepreneurship program which for students, alumni and teachers were all participating in.
Collective Campus delivered a one-day market validation session which covered:
- Defining and prioritising key assumptions
- Prototyping and testing fundamentals
- Customer acquisition
- Defining and monitoring key metrics
- Case studies
- Hands-on activities
Participants came into the session with an idea and walked away with an actionable roadmap to effectively, quickly and cheaply test key assumptions underpinning their ideas and get them iterating towards product/market fit faster.
