My biggest learning has been to constantly un-learn & re-learn new techniques & approaches to business problems through the help of tech developments.
The medium is seeing as high as 270% YOY Growth rates & only 20% of India is currently using voice based search. Gen X & Z definitely seem to have an affinity for voice based search with the help of home based smart appliances.
The need & demand to un-learn. Keeping up with new mediums & modes of technology to optimise & increase efficiency is easier said than done. Holding fortnightly team meetings to run-through key developments in the trade & tech to deep dive into the analytics in order to foster expermination.
